Yes, 5 x 112mm w/ 14mm bolts/studs. If it's currently on a bay window, it's a good bet they have the correct offset for a Vanagon as well. Bay window steel wheels are interchangeable w/ Vanagons as well.

That's going to depend on what the wheel size, offset, and what kind of tires you install.
