Kenneth, Did you forget about the Curil T for the head gaskets and the Curil K2 for the case and head nuts that I left for you? The K2 is the same stuff used by VW for cases and the T is a replacement for the VW head sealant. I have 40,000+ miles without a leak from the heads or case.
The Dirko (that came in my gasket set) is a third sealant from Curil. That is why I choose to go with the better sealants from Curil, as recommended by Curil, on the Busboys website: http://www.bus-boys.com/bbzvc.htm Plus a tube or can only costs @$10 to $11, cheaper and better than VW prices. I use the Dirko for sealing one side of my valve covers. Robert
