If money isn't too big an issue, you can usually find such wiring harnesses at any place that installs a lot of car stereos (e.g. best buy, circuit city, and specialized car stereo stores) for $10-$15. I did this with my original '87 (now sold), and it made the installation clean (I've spliced wires directly in other vans since then, but I haven't had a factory radio). It also made it look much cleaner when someone stole the radio couple of years later. It was nice of the thief to just pull out the plugs rather than just yank the radio out and tear up the wiring.
