Hi I was a member of this list several years ago. I'm glad it's still running.

It's time to sell my vanagon. If you go to the VW shows in the North East you have seen it. 3 second place prizes and a third place this year

its' a very well loved 1989 GL Syncro weekender white exterior and blue interior.

view pictures here http://live.altavista.com/scripts/community.dll?ep=16&ext=1&groupid=96477

stats 175k miles manual tranny, 4 wheel low gear

New tires, brakes, rotors pads calipers all around, alternator, distributor, controller, oil pump and sensors, fuel pump, heads and gaskets, belts, 4 wheel alignment, detailed in and out, new lug nut studs on rear wheels, 40k on new tranny, CV joints and boots on front wheels, battery and electrical work and more, exhaust last year.

I have a pretty complete repair history

needs AC recharge, rear wiper motor, right side mirror needs to be fixed, windshield washer bottle

runs great and looks great, it cost me over $7000.00 in repairs this year. Partly because I'm not a mechanic and had all the work done by the dealer. If I was a mechanic I would keep the vehicle.

Asking $6500.00 will negotiate :)

Located in central New England.
