If you can find a local muffler shop that has a pipe bender, they may be able to repair your old one or make a new one.

Just Kampers in England stocks them. See http://www.justkampers.co.uk .

You might be able to place a telephone order through a Canadian Volkswagen dealer and have them ship it to you.
