I deal with KEP quite a bit. They make good products and sell them at fair prices, but they are not the quickest bunnies in the forest. Remember there is quality, price and speed - can't get all three! Usually they are 2 weeks behind schedule at all times. Also, don't email them - call them. It is the best way to get a response.

Does anyone know what is going on at Kennedy Engineered Products? They are not returning my email inquiries.

They have my Subaru oil pan and pickup tube. Two weeks ago they said the new Subaru oil pans would be ready in a week. I have tried three times to contact them over the past week. Nothing. In my past experience, this is not typical of KEP. There must be something wrong.

Is anyone else up against the same wall?
