It really sounds like either the clutch master or the clutch slave so that would be the first thing I'd check. Either that or your brake/clutch (it is shared between them) fluid is just REALLY dirty. If you find it is your master or you slave (the slave is my bet) be sure to replace BOTH, if one is going the other is not far behind. I did my brake master as well when my clutch slave went.
