What would you like me to say here Larry? I don't work for KEP, I only sell *some* of their products and I am relaying my personal experiences with them to you and to the rest of the list.

Yes, with KEP, calling them is the quickest way to get a response... get real??? for them and for many other business out there... THAT IS REAL - what can I say? Not every one out there is internet savvy as you and I.

Obviously you are pissed off at them and you have every right to be upset. If you want answers to why there Subaru stuff is not meeting your quality and delivery requirements I can't assist you.

Sorry.

David Marshall

How does that explain their early exhaust header design and manufacture? Unfortunately I have one of those.

Its not just a 2 week delay here. KEP led me to believe that a new oil pan would be available in August 2000 in time for the Toronto Bug Fest.

Get real. -Larry
