My mechanic charged me $500 to remove the old engine and install the new one. That's $250
out, $250 in. You were about to get ripped. Count your blessings. Sorry I can't help you
locate someone, but give yourself a little time, you will find someone reasonable and
competent. Rushing never gets the job done right.
