I had this very same problem.  It really caused my FI system some grief since I couldn't
get the throttle switch to adjust properly.  The adjustment for the idle position is very
particular on the Digifant and with the TBody bushings being sloppy I couldn't get the
idle setup right.  As a result the van would stall a lot when stopping at a light when
cold.

The solution:  Rebuild the TBody yourself!  I did it.  Just disassemble it carefully and
use teflon tape to 'build up' the bushings.  Works great - costs nothing.  Mine has been
working for well over a year now.
