This weekend I will have to take the brass monkey inside - it's going to go to -27C on Sunday according to the weatherman. I am driving the Westie for a few more weeks until it's insurance runs out. Block heater is working, cold start problem is fixed so I am ready for the colder weather to come. My question is can the Platinum Cat heater I have be used while I am driving? I figure it would be a great way to keep it warm(er) in there while I am away to keep the battery up to temp and the windows defrosted. Running the BA-6 heater is one option, but for short trips I would like to keep the propane heater running - can anyone foresee a problem with this? |
