I realize now that I could have mentioned that when I had weepy heads I put in about a third of a tube of Aluma Seal and they stopped. Long time later they started again, put in another third. Long time later, the third third. It was still holding up when I had the engine rebuilt with something like 185k miles on it -- probably 50,000 with the stuff in the system. No radiator troubles so far, though as I said it doesn't get all that hot in New England.
