You certainly got a lot more from that solicitation than I did. What I thought they were saying is that the wanted worn out fuel distributors so that they could degrease them, put them into new, cheaply made boxes, load them into a container, ship them to the USA and sell them at a cut-rate price to some sad soul who could then add some ambiance to the LA Basin.
