I had this problem, I replaced the fuel filter and temp II sensor and it went away. Not sure which one it was or a combination of both. I did the fuel filter because mine got bad enough that it would actually stall out while driving, but the idea is that it is sucking the fuel and dirt into the filters valve and after sitting for awile it will start because the dirt settles back out of the filter.
