I find it hard to believe that Ken did not respond to a request you may
have made - or simply vanished.  He exists, but he does have a repair
business and a parts business to run, to say nothing about the wife and
kids he'd like to spend time with.  If he has not responded to a request
you made, there's a very good reason - perhaps one of his children is ill,
perhaps he's having computer problems, his repair business is going great
guns, he's not getting your e-mail, and on and on.  In my dealing with him,
Ken has been nothing short of outstanding to do business with, from his web
site to his answers to stupid questions I've posed to him.  Cut him some
slack...  He'll respond.
