Throttle switches were bad so we replaced them. Idle controll motor and controll unit have been replaced with known good unit. The ECU has also been replaced with good unit with no change. When the green wire with yellow connector is unpluged (for testing the Idle stabl..) Rpm Goes to 2500. When the Idle Stabl.. is unpluged the idle is normal until the engine is restarted.
