The cooling system is *always* under pressure when the engine is warm / hot.

You can take it to a radiator shop and get them to pressurize the system when it is cold and listen for the sound of air/water bubbles escaping....

Is there a way to test for leaks? It seems that it would not do it unless it is under high pressure, which means it would be hot. That would be a likely cause, but it would turn to steam as soon as it touches the metal. I had to run out earlier tonight, and I looked again. It seems that the whole side is steaming, and I am not able to pinpoint a single spot. Should I try some stop leak?
