Hi Paul, Try the adjustment procedure bentley page 24.51. The criteria of 880 rpm idle is ok but less rpm seems to work better on a worn throttle body. The idle system can only increase the idle rpm from the initial setting. What we are after is with a properly tuned, warmed up engine, pull the idle stabilizer plug from the idle stabilizer and adjust the big idle screw on the throttle body for 800- 900 rpm. Plug the connector back on the idle stabilizer and you should be all set and idling at 950 rpm under control of the idle system.
