Another Hint I forgot to add. Once you get you glow plug light back in the dash, I always hit my glow plugs twice. After the light goes out the

first time, I do not try and start, but turn key off and hit them again. In the dead of cold, this helps to. I replaced my glow plugs and relay about 2 winters ago and what a difference.
