Hi Andrew,

My experience with this only occurs 6 PM Saturday evening in Saginaw MI as I load the family to drive back to Cheyenne WY.

It is a fairly easy fix. There is a small 90 deg reducing hose on the cooler easy fix moderate to get to (I believe the part number is 025121058G cost: about 5 bucks). Having changed mine a few time it is easiest to remove the oil cooler by unscrewing the threaded pipe that holds in the oil filter. The whole thing comes right out. There is a newer O-ring since the van was manufactured that goes between the cooler and the engine block. This is more of an annoying leak than anything else. The whole thing will cost you about $10 max until you buy the antifreeze.

My first experience took 3 hrs (I was on the road at 9 PM) and I had to build the hose out of good 'ol Michigan built car part hoses and it lasted 2 years.
