The van pictured is actually Just Kampers' show vehicle in England. (Anybody notice that the sliding door is on the "wrong" side?) I swiped the picture from their catalog since it showed the grills nicely. I did carry the lower side molding as part of a kit that included the pictured front and rear plastic bumpers. The kit sold for something like $800 complete, and approximated the look of the Wolfsburg bumpers and moldings (for about 1/3 the price). I saw the pictured Vanagon "in person" and it looked quite sharp so I ordered a few sets. However, customer response was not tremendous; some people felt that the bumpers were flimsy (they are, although so are the VW Wolfsburg ones; neither would hold up to any sort of impact) and didn't like the fact that no mounting hardware was included. So I did not re-order them and have no plans to. (I do have one kit left, with some minor damage, which I would sell for half price if anyone were interested.)

Regarding the wheels, they were extremely expensive at the time and are no longer available. However, I do have a few sets of 15" chrome wheels coming in fairly soon (I hope) that fit the Vanagon. These are not like the South African ones, or like any others I've seen, and appear from the photos I looked at to be shiny chrome rather than brushed aluminum. Another one-shot deal; I'm getting 3 sets, I think, and that will be it. I'll post info once they arrive and I have a chance to check them out.
