Volvos and other Northern cars have them. Replacement heat element assemblies are available, which slide back in place when the originals burn out. IPD and other Volvoists are one source. Wrecking yards are another. Try to retrieve the complete wiring harness from the wrecker. Lift the carpet, trace the wire ro the fuse box and ground, too. I have one for the Kidmobile '78 240, but it's too cold and dark to work on it just now.
