Good Stuff Robert,

I'd like to add the last few brake flush/ Bleed procedures I have seen have been complicated by overly enthusiastic helpers on the pedal.

I can not emphasize enough the lack of any need to press really fast or hard or all the way to the floor with gusto- This has led to scraped o-rings in the M/C and premature wear.

Take it easy and live to brake another day.
