Just put on a set of Kirkland tires from Costco on my '85 Westy. Seems like a good deal for a C-Range LT195/75-14 tire. $59/tire which includes road hazard, every 7500 miles rotation, new stems, balancing and mounting. (Carry out price is $49.99! plus $9 for the above service/waranty fees.) I was wondering how anyone else is making out with these tires over the long haul. (It is a 60,000 miles tire.) I wonder what other vehicle uses this tire. They wouldn't have a whole stack of them there waiting for Vanagon owners to come in. I think the salesman said they were made by Uniroyal. Jay |
