There is a good place to have it done, at least they did mine perfectly,
It's in Rock Hill SC just across the boarder on I-77. they also make VW
dragsters, funny cars and other VW performance machine to include GL's
Sorry I can't remember the name of the place but everyone in Rock Hill knows
about them. And they may tell you the story of the 2 hippies that came
through in the late 60's that had their tranny done. they camped out right
there in the lot until it was done. they said that was the most amazing
thing they had ever seen.
Good luck
Jere
