Yes the adjustable arm rest At the pivot, if you pull the meat of the rest back you will see a roll pin. Knock it out with a drift and the arm rest will slide off. You will then see attached to the seat back a bracket with two Philips screws. I have found those loose more than once. I would recommend using lock-tight (not the real strong stuff, try the medium grade) then put it all back together.
