Now's a hell of a time to be thinking about doing something like this!:>) Oh, you must be in the tropics, or somewhere neat, where there might be considerable warmth. Anyway, last summer, I wiped down the bottom of my unit with mineral spirits, using a skuff pad soaked with it. Let it evaporate, and then sprayed bed liner to the underside of the van. It is a polyurethane rubber, and it seems to be pretty bullet proof,as it hasen't moved or fell off yet. My wheel wells and areas that I can see with out crawling under the van are intact, and rust free. The bedliner is made by the Morton Co., and available at all better body shop supply houses.

Later,
