Why? Quite a few of us WANT the Audi 5 in place of the Wasserboxer. Anything is possible given enough money and/or mechanical ability. If you are asking this question, it is not worth your money. The bellhousing bolt pattern being similar is probably the only break you're going to get should you decide to go this route. Even if you have the Wasserboxer on hand already, it's still more economically and mechanically practical to sell it and buy and Audi 5.
