I had the idle stabilizer replaced on Monday. It was not functioning right so had one ordered at a local mechanic for a couple months. Guess that it just was on its last leg and just completely cooked. I did see burnt components on the board when I looked at it. Mechanic replaced, runs better that it ever has in the year and half I have owned it. Thanks to all for they suggestions/help.
