Hi Drew: When I have this problem, I lift the engine lid and manually return the throttle. When it's -30, and I'm in a parking lot in the dark - it's the only quick way I know of to remedy the problem. Hope this helps, Marshall Ruskin 84 Westy Winnipeg, Canada
