Actually Aaron, I'd have more time on my hands if I was able to easily read the garbage encoded text that some email programs send. HTML encoded MIME attachments are a huge waste of the precious resources of this member-supported list, and are nearly impossible to read for many of us. We are concerned about how you, and others send your email to the list mainly because we believe that the contributions of every member of the list, whether they are writing about HTML attachments in people's email messages, or about rear heater core problems are of value, and we'd like to be able to read them. Why not stick around here for a while, and soak in some of the experience and wisdom the members of this list contribute, vanagon-related or not? I think after that you'll be less quick to "vent" at those you may later need to keep your van running. _________________________________________________________ Bob O'Shaughnessy, Columbus, OH vanagon@columbus.rr.com 99 A3 Jetta TDI 85GL with basic Westy interior 74 Bus (Dad's) 72 Wife, 94 Rabbit, 95 Cat, 96 cat, 98 Kid 11/06/00 Kid! 52 House |
