Merry Christmas to each and to all a good night!
After more than 2 years of searching, I have a job offer from Lockheed Martin in Moorestown NJ. It's the right industry, good money, complete relocation package. (They'd move half our fleet of VW's anyway, manadatory Vanagon content) This is a hard choice to make for us since Jan and I have both lived in Minnesota all our lives. Our families are here, or within a 6 or 10 hour drive, Grandparents (Tersa loves both sets) are both within a 3 to 4 hour drive, we built our home here in Prior Lake 10 years ago...... and so on, and so on....
So does any one have anything good to say about Moorestown New Jersey? (Besides it's closer to the Bus Depot, more manadatory Vanagon content) I'm feeling a lot like I've got one in the hand and several in the bush. Besides the Lockheed offer, I've also had quite a bit of contact from several local and other outstate companies in the last two weeks, some of which are more desireable from an area to live standpoint, though none with the stature of Lockheed.
We're looking for a few opinions to help us guide our way. Ch Carl Hansen 952.440.2899 carl_hansen@ieee.org Ch '89 SyncroBeast Vanagon - need to put it back together! Soon!!
