*sigh*

Ya know... I'm sitting here in Minnesota, it just snowed another 9 inches, the temp is supposed to maybe reach a high of zero degrees, and i've got the flu. Finding fresh affordable seafood is damn near impossible, and the only body surfing to be done would be me laying down to slide across the ice in my parka on one of the frozen lakes.

If I wasn't already pushed to the brink of Winter Insanity, Phaedra's post is leaving me teetering on the edge. Possibly tomorrow I'll crack and run screaming to the storage facility where my Westy has been sitting. I'll gun it out of the garage and hit the road, bound for Mexico... my only concern being how to make it around the snow plows. In three days I'd be sipping a Modelo, chomping on shrimp and wondering if I should go surfing again or maybe just swimming this time...

Yep, it's sounding just a little too good right now.

(but how would I explain it to the boss?)

:)
