Subject:      Stuck throttle cable

Went out to the garage to give the van it's monthly winter warm-up. The gas
pedal went right to the floor and never came back up. Since the garage is
about 20 degrees right now I would like to know how to quickly access the
cable to see if it needs replacing. Bentley is no help in this area. I'm
guessing I drop the spare? Is replacing a throttle cable relatively easy, or
a PITA? I gotta know before I go, cuz' boy that concrete is cold!
