well, aside from the fact that they don't use the correct filter, don't always use the correct oil, and occasionally leave the drain plug slightly loose, i've had wonderful success.

it's probably fine if you provide the correct filter and make sure they know what oil to use and take a wrench to double check the drain plug afterwards.

i asked them to change the tranny fluid once, and they said that they would. but they didn't and by that point i was so annoyed that i didn't want to deal with it anymore.
