The windshield washers on my '82 diesel barely squirt an inch above the lowest part of the windshield. The fluid is fresh and not frozen. The pump sounds OK but I guess it could be worn out. Both streams are equally low so I do not think that I have a clog, at least if I do it is prior to the tee for the two outlets. How do I access the pump? Are they expensive to replace? Thanks, Mike
