Unfortunately, some folks are having the option of 'plain text' removed from their list of choices. Those that use that excuse for an ISP called AOL do not have plain text available in the current software. I believe that Netscape 6.0 also is HTML only (but I could be wrong there... I loaded the beta and found waaaay to many bells and whistles for my taste. It got fired up once then trashed.) The internet is slowly moving to HTML as the default... I'm afraid that we're all just going to have to learn to deal with it.
