Hi Mike,

An easy way to check the fuel pressue it to turn the key on and listen
for the fuel pump, when you hear it stop then turn the key off and then
back on, listen for the fuel pump to stop again, do this two or three
times and then try to start the van.  If it starts easier, the problem
may be a a faulty check valve in eiter the fuel pump or the pressure
regulator.  pmail me for a futher discussion on where to go.
