Hi, I have a broken bolt that holds the manifold to the block...the bolt is broken off in the block and the mechanic says he will have to drill it out...apparently pieces of the manifold gasket are being blown out too...He suggests drilling out the bolt...resurfacing the manifold and putting on a new gasket all for around 400$. Does this seem reasonable? Will I hurt anything by driving like this for a while? I have to fix my rear heater core first because it is leaking coolant. Thanks for any advice, Rick 85 Westie __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo! Photos - Share your holiday photos online! http://photos.yahoo.com/ |
