Rick, I don't know what damage other damage may have been done. When I had my rear exhaust pipe replaced, there was a broken stud in the same location. My mechanic charged me one and a half hour's worth of labor which was $90 in San Francisco. Another competing shop was telling me it would take 3-4 hours labor. I would shop around (no pun intended). Besides why would you need to resurface the head? Was that damaged as well? BenT San Francisco |
