The new beetle isn't designed for that. It is strictly to get from point A to point B. With no more than a driver and a passenger. It's for people who like to drive, not for any utility at all. I like them, but I don't think I would ever own one myself. I sat in one once, and it's weird to me, driving from the back-seat. The dash board is so huge, that you are 3 feet from the windshield. Nah. I love my Jetta. That's been my dream car for quite some time. It's what I use for driving. The Van is what I use for usefulness.
