Hi all,

I have an '87 Westy that has a troublesome front windshield washer
pump.  If I pull the electrical connector from the pump, the wipers work
as they're supposed to when I pull the wiper switch forward.  They don't
work when the connector is plugged into the pump.  The pump has been
replaced, with the same results.  Any ideas?  There don't appear to be
any blown fuses, though I doubt I would get the results I am getting if
there were . . .
