The Caravelle type is similar in appearance (from a distance) to the mark 1 Golf GTi grill; up close however the few wide slats become noticable. I would think the inner Golf lights should fit. I don't know wheteher these are a standard crossbrand 5" fitting.

The Microbus grill has rectangular twin lights.

There is an older 4-round-light grill which I saw on a camper this year; it had thin slats and each light is set into a square sunken funnellike area, inner lights set on a different (sunken slightly) plane to the outers. Doesn't look good close-up.
