James, i did a stop-gap measure of putting silicon cauking over the whole seal. It sort of sucks, but keeps me from getting drenched when i stop the bus! If you don't like that, try blowing out / cleaning out the draines (see Bentley) and see if you can repair the busted seals with some door weather stripping, etc. Cheer and please keep me posted Matthew
