When I had my porcelain studio in Alaska, we sold product to Princess Cruise Lines. Our stuff was sold in the gift shops on the cruise ships. Most often we shipped directly to Los Angeles, but very often we had to ship stuff to co-incide with a ship arrive in a Canadian port so they could restock. The company flatly refused to accept any shipment that did not go US Mail because of the rip-off fees involved. We had to ship everything via Priority Mail into Canada. It was never a problem, shipping through the US Mail, and breakage was absolutely minimal., The key was good packing. John Rodgers 88/ GL Driver
