i have been 2 yrs w/o my 84 westfalia and am suffering from withdrawals, i.e i'm in the market. however, i previously had so many mechanical problems, that i have been considering the eurovan camper. do any of you have any opinions (i'm sure you do), suggestions, or experiences with both vehicles? i had owned an automatic, but am curious in the listmembers opinions between manual and automatic transmissions. i test drove an automatic a week ago and it seemed so luggish (granted the vanagons aren't race cars). what are the advantages/disadvantages of both transmissions? finally, does anyone know of any campers for sale in south florida? how about the best sites on the internet for finding one. thanks for your help. kurt _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com |
