Ron, I don't think PPG offers this item. In a matter of fact, I'm sure. The tool is a semi-hard rubber wheel that fits in your drill. Get it spinning, and lay it on the stripes in question---BANG-- their gone-- glue and everything. Will not harm the finish, at all. It is available at all your better body shop supply stores.
