Hi all, Last week I parked my '87 vanagon diesel panel van about an 3 inches away from another car to the left (parking is pretty busy in the center of Leiden) and I couldn't get out on the driver side. So I got out on the passenger side, locked the car and forgot about the one key I didn't have (right, the passenger side door one). Next day, me and my girlfriend wanted to go visit the parents (holiday season), but we couldn't get in... The same car was still parked next to mine. Eventually the girlfriend worked something out (pushing with an umbrella against the little handle that holds the tiny window in place (not every vanagon has those), then pushing the window open. She managed to squeeze an arm in to open the 'main' window. She then climbed over the roof of the other car to climb through the window and open the other door). She gave me shit for the rest of the day, so I don't want that to happen again. I have five keys for the thing (ignition, drivers side, sliding door, rear door and fuel cap), so I wouldn't mind a sixth (!) for the driver's side... Any idea on ordering, key history, useful pointers?
