I thought this list was founded to share thoughts and opinions about Vanagons and Vanagon-related issues - which includes vendors.

I find your comments to be disrespectful to Juli and directly against the charter of this list. I also find it interesting that you ask her not to post her opinions to the list, but you have no problems doing so.

This list overly protects Bus Depot. I'm sure they do a fine job, but apparantly they screw up occassionally. With some regularity, folks post messages to this list pertaining to mishaps with Bus Depot. And each time, the author is chastised and a round of recommendations are issued by numerous folks. I've dealt with Bus Depot once and I had no problem with them. But apparantly other folks do.

There have been messages that unnecessarily chastise Bus Depot for a small mishap, but Juli simply asked if her dealing with them was typical - in other words, she was looking for feedback from the list. Her message was not spiteful, I thought it simply relayed the exchange she had with Bus Depot.

Juli attempted to resolve this issue through Bus Depot (unlike some others who have complained first and tried to resolve second). I think it is wrong to chastise her for asking.

Please keep your dealings with venders to yourself. You will hurt the Bus Depot rep and could be held as slander! If they were poor in customer service call and speak to the owner, not the van LIST! Thanks.
