I agree with what David said about BD playing the odds. I have seen it over and over, especially in the bigger corp. who play this game quite frequently. However, BD is smaller fish, except to us. In the realm of customer service BD is in a better that average position to view customer reactions and comments. In fact if I could get comments in quantity and quality like the on ones that appear here on the list towards a huge corporation.... One could make millions, DAILY! I am in Phil's court, anxiously awaiting BD response, especially when the common references appear to be along their vital core competencies (mail order).
